On Taking Good Care
There is an art to taking care of the objects we keep. It requires us to take time, to slow down, to be curious, to give a d*mn. Almost the way you’d stroll through and take in a museum or gallery.
We believe this so much so that we took a step back and spent a year ideating and designing our lifecycle concept, starting with a glass vessel. Where we’ve begun its journey as a candle, an object to fill your space, is intended to be kept in circulation and uplifted into a drinking glass, a keepsake to fill your cup. After all, you are the vessel. It starts with you and flows from you. More on that here.
How to care for your candle:
- At first use, burn for 2-3 hours
- Before each light, trim your wick to ¼”
- Do not burn your candle for more than 3 hours at a time
- Keep away from drafts
- Once ½” of wax remains, discontinue use and upcycle your vessel
