On Taking Good Care

On Taking Good Care

There is an art to taking care of the objects we keep. It requires us to take time, to slow down, to be curious, to give a d*mn. Almost the way you’d stroll through and take in a museum or gallery.

We believe this so much so that we took a step back and spent a year ideating and designing our lifecycle concept, starting with a glass vessel. Where we’ve begun its journey as a candle, an object to fill your space, is intended to be kept in circulation and uplifted into a drinking glass, a keepsake to fill your cup. After all, you are the vessel. It starts with you and flows from you. More on that here.

How to care for your candle:

  • At first use, burn for 2-3 hours
  • Before each light, trim your wick to ¼”
  • Do not burn your candle for more than 3 hours at a time
  • Keep away from drafts
  • Once ½” of wax remains, discontinue use and upcycle your vessel
